In my role as a human resources associate, it is my responsibility to evaluate time cards, communicate with management and team members about scheduling concerns, and conduct screening throughout the hiring process of new team members. This position conducts troubleshooting on a daily basis to ensure the store runs smoothly and every team member is in a position where they can contribute. Human resources communicates with all levels of management and departments in the store to find suitable solutions based on the store's immediate and future needs.
As a pricing associate, my responsibilities range from customer service, to communicating sales and price changes with the departments, to inventory control. The pricing department also collaborates with the departments in the store and assists customers on the sales floor find the items they need.
